Armor – Jiahe can reach flame retardants standards such as CFR1633, BS5852, BS7177 and MVSS302. CFR1633 Flame Retardant Mattress Fabric is made of 85% viscose and 15% polyester. This is widely used in the North American market. Our customers widely use mattresses. Testing for CFR1633 is performed on the entire mattress. Therefore, customers need to use our CFR1633 Stitchbond Fabric and other flame retardant materials to make mattresses first, and then conduct flame retardant tests. Our CFR1633 Stitchbond Fabric is very flame retardant and smoothly supports mattress to pass open flame retardant tests.
BS5852 and BS7177 are flame retardant standards for the UK market. BS5852 is more stringent than BS7177. The stitchbonding of BS5852 and BS7177 is made of 100% polyester and is post-treated with only a flame retardant.
As to BS5852 and BS7177 tests, we only need Stitchbond Fabric, Stitchbond Fabric and sponge stitched pads to complete the test.
Different drugs have different flame retardant standards. We will change the formula according to the customer’s standard. Generally, the gram weight of CFR1633 Stitchbond Fabric is heavier than that of BS5852.
